It’s a pain. Usually, it just means your lamps aren&amp;rsquo;t hitting the inner wall of those thick-walled PET preforms. They&amp;rsquo;re heating the surface, sure, but the core is staying cold.&#xA;We designed our replacement lamps for the Sacmi SBF 12/24 and Husky HyPET &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;systems&lt;/a&gt; to actually solve that.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Getting the heat where it matters&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Here’s the thing: to get heat deeper into the plastic, you can&amp;rsquo;t just crank up the dial. You have to change how the light actually moves.&#xA;We use a specific mix of short-wave infrared tech and quartz. Instead of the heat just bouncing off the surface, it actually sinks into the PET. We&amp;rsquo;ve also tweaked the wattage and voltage to fit the Husky high-speed footprint, which basically means we&amp;rsquo;re packing more heat density into every millimeter of the tube.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;No fuss installation&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Nobody wants to spend hours messing with alignment. That&amp;rsquo;s why these are simple drop-in replacements. We build them to the exact same dimensions as the OEM tubes, so they slide right into your reflectors without any drama.&#xA;Depending on how old your machine is, we use reinforced R7s or SK15 connectors. Why? Because arcing at the terminals is a nightmare you don&amp;rsquo;t need. Plus, we use high-purity quartz glass. These lines are brutal on hardware, and the constant heating and cooling can kill a cheap lamp fast. Ours are built to take the hit.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;One thing to watch out for&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Now, there is a trade-off.&#xA;When you push more heat into a smaller space, your oven&amp;rsquo;s ventilation has to work harder. If you go for maximum heat density, do yourself a favor: check your cooling blowers. Make sure they&amp;rsquo;re clean and actually moving air.&#xA;If the oven gets too hot inside, you might accidentally cook the preform neck, and then you&amp;rsquo;ve got deformation on your hands. Just keep your airflow dialed in, and you&amp;rsquo;ll be golden.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
