That combo is there so you get intense heat exactly where you need it, right away. And because the tube is compact (about 300mm), it fits into tight spots without fighting for space. That kind of power means you feel the heat quickly. But it also means your building’s electrical setup and cooling need to be ready for it. Plan for the load, and it just works.
What It’s Built From
Inside, you’ve got a halogen element tucked inside a quartz tube, finished with a special coating. Quartz handles the shock of heating up and cooling down without cracking. The coating smooths the heat out and helps protect the element. For the connection, we use an R7s connector. It’s a solid, two-ended setup that carries high current without getting loose. The whole design is meant to run and run—and when it’s time to swap something out, it’s straightforward. No overthinking.
