Material & Design
The quartz envelope takes the heat and stays optically clear, so infrared energy gets through efficiently. The halogen fill gas protects the filament, which helps keep output stable over the lamp’s life and cuts down on drift. When the job calls for it, we can coat the tube to fine-tune the spectral output and get more heat into the target. And the R7s connector? It’s there for a reason: quick, tool-free installation and solid contact even when the machine is vibrating. No fiddling. The lamp stays seated and does its work.
