The tube is sealed and reinforced to contain internal pressure, so even if the filament takes a hard stress, the housing keeps any failure contained. A built-in thermal cutoff and tip-over protection add two more safety layers. We spec the unit for standard 120V outlets and keep the footprint compact, so it fits near showers without feeling crowded.
